The European Care, Longevity & Innovation Hub (EUCLI) is a trusted connective layer for the care, longevity, and AgeTech ecosystem, helping people, organizations, and ideas find each other so innovation is developed with real care realities in mind and reaches those who need it most.
We do this by strengthening collaboration across care, research, business, policy, and lived experience, so innovation is more grounded, more effective, and more responsive to real needs.
This includes working with research institutions, universities, and government bodies, because lasting change in how Europe ages requires alignment across every layer of society, not just the private sector.
The vision is a Europe where aging is approached with dignity, realism, and shared responsibility, and where innovation serves people, not systems alone.
Strong local innovation exists in almost every European country. But countries rarely learn from each other. Founders build things that already exist elsewhere. Pilots stall without knowing others hit the same wall. Care providers and innovators speak different languages, sometimes literally.
EUCLI works between the layers of the ecosystem, helping the right people find each other earlier, with better context. We map who is active, share what we observe, host focused conversations, support research and education partnerships, engage with government and policy, and connect people when real alignment exists.

I want older adults to live better, and I kept watching innovation that could help them simply not reach them.
For years, my work was focused on the US market. I got to see how a functioning innovation ecosystem operates, how the right people find each other, how ideas get tested against reality, how capital flows toward things that actually work.
When I looked at Europe from the inside, I saw something different. Genuine expertise, real innovation, people who care deeply. But no connective tissue. No shared map. Strong ideas that stayed local because there was no easy way for them to travel.
Older adults across Europe deserve innovation that actually reaches them, not just pilots in capital cities, not technology built without their input. EUCLI is my attempt to help build the infrastructure that makes that more possible.
