This notice covers the public website eucli.org only. If you apply to join EUCLI or use the member portal, the portal's own privacy notice applies: https://portal.eucli.org/privacy

What we collect when you visit

If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site. Nothing is loaded until you click "Accept analytics". It collects information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city), your device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this, and Google may process the data on servers outside the European Union.

We do not use this information to identify you, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell your data.

When you write to us

If you write to [email protected] or use the contact form, we keep your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and message so we can reply. Messages from the contact form are delivered to us by our email provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). We do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.

Our newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address with our email provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) so we can send it to you. We may first send you an email asking you to confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter, or by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

The only cookies on this website are the Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID), and only if you accept them. Your choice is remembered in your browser. People who log in to edit this website also get a small sign-in cookie; visitors never do. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or delete the cookies in your browser settings.
